Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a specific order. Each class is 90 minutes and conducted in a heated room. All our classes are taught by certified teachers who will guide you safely through each posture.
The series was scientifically designed to systematically work through the entire body. Every muscle, joint, organ and major gland! The room is mirrored on three sides to enable better body awareness and refinement, as well as deepening of the postures through easy self-correction.
The series is designed for everybody and every body. Beginning and advanced students alike are able to participate to the best of their ability in the class. The class is taught by a qualified instructor who uses specific and direct vocabulary to guide you safely through each posture.
