The Bikram method of yoga is beautifully healing and beneficial for everybody regardless of age, fitness or flexibility level.  It’s a beginning yoga class suitable for complete novices and is designed to improve your health and energy.

Our youngest student is 4 and our ‘most mature’ is just shy of 80…..challengers to that are welcome! If you are wanting to change your life you should consider completing a 30 day or 60 day challenge….You will be rewarded with a sense of accomplishment and free yoga from us to boot!
